Past Events
The Living Breath Foundation has hosted a wide variety of events over the past 17 years. Through these events, we raised awareness about Cystic Fibrosis and funded our financial aid and scholarship programs. Take a look at some of the events we have held over the years.
LIVING BREATH BOWL
From 2011 to 2019 the Living Breath Foundation Bowl was held annually on the central coast. The game was a Junior College Bowl game featuring the Golden Coast Conference Champions and the Pacific 7 Conference Champions. The purpose of the game was to help raise funds and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis as well as provide an exciting experience for the players and fans alike.

SHOOTOUT AT PASADERA 2021
The Shootout at Pasadera was a brand new LBF event introduced in 2021. A 9-hole charity golf tournament which featured four professional golfers in a friendly competition to raise money for those living with Cystic Fibrosis. Due to COVID precautions, activities other than the golf match itself were very limited. In 2022 this event became Birdies & Eagles Fore Cystic Fibrosis.

BECAUSE OF YOU
In October 2020, in place of our usual annual dinner event we held a virtual fundraising event called "Because of You". The event included a virtual presentation as well as an online auction. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped to make this event a success in the midst of such a difficult year!

Mauli ola bbq 2011
A BBQ fundraiser hosted by the Living Breath for the Mauli Ola Foundation.

The Mauli Ola Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope and confidence to individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis as well as other genetic diseases. The Living Breath Foundation donated all proceeds from this event to the Mauli Ola Foundation as well as invited the volunteers for a well-deserved party to relax and enjoy themselves after spending the day teaching young CFers how to surf!

Air Craft Youth Football Camp
In 2010 The Living Breath Foundation teamed up with current Riverside Community College football head coach Tom Craft to put on the Air Craft Passing Camp. The camp provided over 100 youth football players with a three day long football experience. The players learned football skills as well as invaluable life lessons from a team of exceptional coaches. Due to logistics the camp was only held in 2010 but was considered a great success by the Living Breath Foundation. The wonderful experience we received from the players and coaches lead us to begin putting on The Living Breath Foundation Bowl (a Junior College Bowl Game) the following year.
